No cancellation is allowed for the non refundable rate.

Guests are required to show the same credit card used to make the reservation and a photo ID of the card holder upon check-in. Otherwise, the full amount of the reservation will be settled either with a different credit card with the card holder being present, or cash.

Pool Cabanas are available for a fee

Friends of guests are welcome but will be charged for pool access and seating
